Gravity die casting, the method used for casting aluminium parts by gravity, allows us to greatly optimise performance and for this reason it is ideal for high, medium and short production rates as it offers us two huge advantages: a) cost reductions (as it uses a permanent, faster, high durability steel mould) and b) high repeatability.
The parts made using this gravity die casting process have great strength and an exceptional surface finish, characteristics that give us more room for manoeuvre.
