We prepare cores for the different aluminium casting processes we use in our production facility. Core production involves preparing different shapes and sizes and compacting chemical sand using a mass production process in which we have two core shooting machines that ensure optimum process performance
As in the case of parts, cores must have an optimum level of quality, as these will be placed inside the sand moulds to define the exact internal and external shape of the part. The manufacture of mass produced cores plays an important role in the casting process of aluminium parts, and for this reason we follow strict verification methods, as well as criteria concerning quality, flexibility and a respect for the environment applied to casting processes.
